All things considered, this place leaves you with the satisfaction of eating an MRE. The atmosphere is nice enough, but the food and service are shameful. The menu sounds good, but the truth is this place is poorly staffed. Long wait time and $40+ for a miniscule ration of lackluster chicken that didn't even seem like it had been cooked fresh. We were surprised to see the place so empty when we arrived at 6:30pm on a Friday evening, but then it became totally empty when we left around 7:15pm. Despite that, the service was slow. The food was okay, but definitely not at the level you expect for the price. The truffle fries barely had any truffle taste at all. The Chinese salad did not taste like one at all. The drinks were okay, but also too expensive for the quality.
Amazing bartender! Makes sure you like your drinks! Very friendly and talkative. Made our night! Will definitely come back when we come back to SJ!
