Had great experience at Mosaic Restaurant in downtown San Jose. First thing that stood out was the atmosphere. Ultra-lounge has many comfortable leather sofas that make it easy to relax. Had an awesome experience here! The staff were welcoming, helpful, and made the whole visit feel special. Both the food and drinks were delicious, with great flavors and quality. Our server was especially memorable—super friendly, attentive, and his fabulous mohawk definitely added some fun personality to the experience. It’s always great to find a place with amazing service and a relaxed vibe. I’d happily come back again!

DO NOT EAT HERE. I had to send back a lamb for being rare in the center and was told by staff that ‘ it couldn’t be removed from my check ‘ so I had to substitute it with a salad and I decided to add ahi. BIG MISTAKE. The salad is 21 dollars by itself, it costs 36 dollars to ADD a quarter pound of freezer burnt ahi. I was under the impression this small salad with a pittance of frozen fish would be 36 altogether ( still overpriced) Service was terrible and they threatened to call the cops if I complained any further.
