i ordered a roast beef muffalatta waited 30 mins for my food the meat was raw then they wanna catch a attitude went i wanted my money back
I love Mo's! I think it's the best pizza around. The staff is friendly and the prices are great. I first went to Mo's about 13 yrs ago and I have been a fan ever since. Keep up the good work

You just can't beat Mo's. Except for the manager walking around with a cup of beer in hand at all times. Very unprofessional.

Thanks Lee, glad you like our food. Our friend George helps us out on our busy nights when he can bc we have so many teens that work for us and cannot pour the beers. He's definitely not management and doesn't even get paid, but he's a great help.
Let me start by saying I love Mo's pizza. It's great. However, their customer service was less than helpful. My mom ordered a pizza last night and after arriving home, realized they had messed up on her order. Since she lives in Kenner, which is a 40 min drive, she decided to call them instead of returning to express her dissatisfaction. They were very rude and pretty much told her there was nothing they could do without her ticket number (which she didn't keep). Wasn't what I like from a pizza. Crust was good but the sauce was runny, bland marinara and the cheese was just okay. Breadsticks also weren't my taste. Soda was flat and while they said they were changing it, it never seemed to get carbonated. We won't be back.
I love Mo's pizza,lasagna,sandwiches,they are the best on the west bank. Love their pizza sauce it's seasoning blends just make my taste buds dance.Totally delish!!!
