My whole family loves Morty's! It is pricier but worth it when we can afford it. They have always treated us right if there is an issue (mistakes happen, NO ONE is perfect 100% of the time). We will definitely be back!

I have liked mortys but there are problems in the kitchen. I just received a free $30 gift card from here due to undercooked burgers. I’m not the only one to experience this. I’ve seen it on Facebook where people are complaining about undercooked burgers. You guys need to retrain your staff, implement new cooking procedures or something cus a burger should be cooked all the way through and not be cold!

I’ve ordered online and had it delivered twice now, the first time they didn’t leave off the pickles or swap the cheese for pepper jack like I ordered, the second time my order was delivered 15 minuets earlier than the time I selected, so the burgers were cold by the time my husband got home and we were able to eat. Guess I won’t be ordering delivery again.
