This was our first experience in using the services of Mort‘s Water Co. I really appreciated the fact that their technician, Mitch, explained the issues to me while showing me the problems with our water softener. Mitch was very respectful of our home and pets and very pleasant to work with as well. I feel confident in recommending Mort‘s.
Dallas and Justin are amazing! I am delighted with the service. They are prompt, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They are able to trouble-shoot on the spot, and also gave excellent ideas about how to avoid problems in the future. You will not be disappointed if you call them!
We bought our house 3 years ago, and it came with a Kinetico water softener system that hadn't been turned on in at least 10 years. Called Mort's to have them look it over and get it running for us, and we are extremely pleased with the service they provided.
