Mitch was wonderful. He took the time to answer any and all questions that I had. He left the area as clean or cleaner than when he came and he set the system up in a neat and accessible manner. I cannot thank Mort’s enough. All of our interactions from thinking of getting a system until it being installed were fantastic! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them at all!
Mitch & Bruno came for my yearly checkup & I was told I needed a new softener as mine was not working any more. I was so glad that within a few days they were back to install the new water softener. They do an awesome job.. explaining, answering questions & work cleaned up as they were never here! MORT’S is lucky to have them & me too!
We bought our house 3 years ago, and it came with a Kinetico water softener system that hadn't been turned on in at least 10 years. Called Mort's to have them look it over and get it running for us, and we are extremely pleased with the service they provided. Have always appreciated the work that Mort’s does but Cory and Eric really did a great job today. Not always easy to work in a 100 year old house with crawl space that is sized for a kid but they got it done. Mort’s installed reverse osmosis line for us over 20 years ago and it was time to replace. Got improvement of not just getting new system but putting it in the basement. Love the additional space now in my cabinet.
