Mitch was wonderful. He took the time to answer any and all questions that I had. He left the area as clean or cleaner than when he came and he set the system up in a neat and accessible manner. I cannot thank Mort’s enough. All of our interactions from thinking of getting a system until it being installed were fantastic! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them at all!

Mitch & Bruno came for my yearly checkup & I was told I needed a new softener as mine was not working any more. I was so glad that within a few days they were back to install the new water softener. They do an awesome job.. explaining, answering questions & work cleaned up as they were never here! MORT’S is lucky to have them & me too!

Dallas and Justin are amazing! I am delighted with the service. They are prompt, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They are able to trouble-shoot on the spot, and also gave excellent ideas about how to avoid problems in the future. You will not be disappointed if you call them!

We bought our house 3 years ago, and it came with a Kinetico water softener system that hadn't been turned on in at least 10 years. Called Mort's to have them look it over and get it running for us, and we are extremely pleased with the service they provided. Not only did they get it running, but they also gave us verbal instructions for how to use the thing (since we've never had one before and had no clue how to even turn it on).
