The only positive thing I can say is show up when they say they will.
Excellent service and products. Recently I had to have my geothermal unit replaced. Employees Clint and Tony are Excellent installers and work very hard until the replacement unit was running. I’ve met 5 of Mort’s employees and everyone is so polite and always ask if I have any questions or concerns. I’m very glad I selected Mort’s for this project.
Plumbing is not that hard. Save yourself money and do it yourself. (2) 3/4-3/4 NPT couplers cost 31.31!! I needed those asap but NEVER again will I pay huge inflated prices from these people or any other plumber. I am not buying your fancy work trucks. Ridiculous prices. This is why I installed and bought my own water heater. They would have charged well over a thousand to do this job. Buyer beware.
