we had a blast fishing at Mort's on Upper Red. Bill, Chad and Caleb treated us awesome.
Where do I start? Chad started off with a super-friendly check-in. Caleb skipped eating lunch to drive us out to our rented ice castle. Both Caleb and Bill checked in on us and even though we could see they were exhausted, they both took time to chat. Bill not only chatted but sat and showed me lots of tips, suggesting lures and jigging tricks. We’re already trying to figure out how to get back up there soon! Chad and Bill went above and beyond getting us out on good ice. They’re knowledge of ice, and Fishing in my opinion makes them the Best in the Business.
Over all worst place. Closed all weekend, never checked on us from Friday night to Sunday morning.
the shack was dirty and the door was broke. they tell me im getting one size shack then i get there and get a smaller shack that they said would be cheaper then when i pay the tell me a higher price then what they originally said. they didnt even come to plow us out they last day after the road got blowd in or even bother to check on us. westuck trying to leave cuz the didnt plow us a road to leave
