I went to Morton's for our anniversary dinner. The place was surprising slow for a Saturday evening. Staff was excellent: Friendly and couteous. However the bone-in ribeye we had was definitely below expectations. They cooked it perfectly medium-rare, pink center which looks great but the meat texture was mushy and dry. Maybe it was just our luck that we had the B-stock meats.
