If you ain’t vip then you will get low poor customer service and the food was not even that good
The food and service was excellent - the steaks melted in your mouth!
from making reservations with Andrea to saying goodnight to Mattew the GM, my date and I had a wonderful time. All courses were spot on and if they weren't (but they were) there was enough overture from management that I don't see how you could possibly be displeased with any aspect of this fantastic dining experience. Ribeye phenomenal with one of their wonderful Napa reds. haven't been there in a couple years but will definitely be back soon.
A brand that delivers on it's promise. Period.
