AFTER HAVING MY HUSBAND AT THE AUTO PLACE TIL 6 “CLOSING TIME” HE TOLD THEM HE WOULD BE THERE WHEN THEY OPENED AT “11” BUT HE GOT THERE AT 10 WITH EVERYTHING NEEDED TO FIND OUT THAT THEY SUPPOSEDLY CLOSED AT 9PM AND SOMEBODY TOOK A DEPOSIT FOR THE TRUCK HE WANTED. TEXTED LUCY THE NIGHT BEFORE AND HERSELF TOLD ME SHE WAS CLOSED WHEN IT WAS 7 THAT I HAD TEXT HER. A WASTE OF TIME AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION. MIND YOU WE DROVE FROM AN HOUR AWAY.
Excelente equipo de trabajo, buena comunicación, personas responsables y dispuestas a ayudarte. Aun después de la venta se comunican contigo para saber que esta todo bien y estas contento con el servicio. Buen inventario de vehiculos todos bien cuidados y con sus mantenimientos al dia y un proceso sencillo para que puedas montarte en tu vehiculo. Definitivamente cuando esté listo para otro vehiculo vuelvo donde ellos. Gracias por todo!
