Drove alittle over 6 hours to come look at an older csr with lower miles. I called multiple times the previous day to establish that I could take the car to a ppi and get the car gone thru before purchasing the car in cash... I was told no issue until I arrived and even after that my sales person had no objection. AFTER HAVING MY HUSBAND AT THE AUTO PLACE TIL 6 “CLOSING TIME” HE TOLD THEM HE WOULD BE THERE WHEN THEY OPENED AT “11” BUT HE GOT THERE AT 10 WITH EVERYTHING NEEDED TO FIND OUT THAT THEY SUPPOSEDLY CLOSED AT 9PM AND SOMEBODY TOOK A DEPOSIT FOR THE TRUCK HE WANTED. TEXTED LUCY THE NIGHT BEFORE AND HERSELF TOLD ME SHE WAS CLOSED WHEN IT WAS 7 THAT I HAD TEXT HER. A WASTE OF TIME AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION. MIND YOU WE DROVE FROM AN HOUR AWAY.
