Patients BEWARE! Heartless Dr..heartless staff. Exacerbated my condition with his shawty surgery on my wrist. Dismissed my pain..refused me pain medication in the hospital recovery unit, post-op. Told my roommate that I didn't need pain medicine, he just needed to baby me. I have lupus, I live with chronic pain and now I'm worse than ever from lack of medical care. Sadistic, apathetic, poor excuse for physician!
Person at front desk is Very Rude
I have known Dr. Rickless for over 17 years and he is a great doctor. Dr. Rickless takes his patients health to heart. Recently, my knee was popping and slipping and he took such great care with me and explained to me just what was going on and what had to be done to alleviate the pain. He will tell you ways to help fix the problem first and let surgery be the last results, and I appreciate that. His staff is very courteous and friendly.
Well first of all, the worker that works up front at the desk was not friendly at all, then the nurse had me write down my meds I take, why she just didnt look at the medicine bottles I have no clue.. and then when the dr called me I wanted my mama to come in the room with me, she was holding my 2 month old daughter and he got very rude with her and said she couldnt come in the room with me because their wasnt enough room, I will never go back to this doctor!!! Ppl are so rude these days!!!
Doctor Rickless was very professional, great bedside manner. Doctor Rickless is very plesent and he made me feel comfortable, I felt he is a great Doctor.
Small practice but cozy and professional. Really liked the Dr he spent almost 45 minutes with me and really showed concern for my health and quality of life.
