I would highly recommend using Morton Reeves for a house sale. From the moment of first contact their service and professionalism has been excellent. The house needed to be sold in sad circumstances and there was full understanding of this and excellent advice given throughout. All communication with both Leigh and Harlie was both quick, informative and helpful. The sale went through smoothly and I am very grateful for all the work they did to ensure this. We chose Morton Reeves because they are local to us and hopefully easily accessible, we were not disappointed. From the initial valuation to the completion of sale the service has been excellent, 'phone calls and emails promptly dealt with and face to face contact never a problem. We recently sold our house with Morton Reeves and were very happy with the service we received. We were given the full asking price by our buyers as I feel the correct valuation for our property was given by Paul. We had our house on the market the previous year for 16 weeks with Seftons who intially valued it at £375000 but then ended up reducing it to £325000 but never sold it.
