Good for your first appartment. But overall their properties are super run down. And the maintenance team doesn't know how to fix anything correctly.
Great renting. Fast and prompt work when something happens, which is rare.
I lived in The Congressional building. Look, it's not the greatest place, but it is cheap, property management responds to maintenance requests reasonably quickly, they worked with me on a flexible move out date, and they fully returned my security deposit, which is nice. I had honestly thought I was a bother to management and would have to fight for my deposit back, but they sent me the entire thing and that is the first time I haven't had a management company try to nickel and dime me for every scuff and scratch in a place... read more
