My mother came here and was so happy with her care she asked me to write a review and tell how pleased she was. She said every person who she dealt with was pleasant and went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and take care of her! My mom is elderly and has had many Dr visits lately this is where she’s going from now on. The picture I added is the name of each of the staff members that helped her. We’re so grateful to each one of you we will be back!
I retained my appointment today and I am extremely displeased in the care I received by Dr. Rachit Shah. This appointment was made over three months ago. When he came in he asked what brought me in. I stated that my records should entail all the details. He furthered by saying he wants my explanation… I was perplexed but I went into detail of my diagnosis from my previous cardiologist and the testing that was concluded a few months prior, as well as my referral to an electrophysiologist. The front desk “ladies” Jessica, always answers the phone with an attitude and make it seem like it’s your fault that you need. Anytime I have to call this office, I instantly get anxiety because I know it’s not going to be a friendly experience like it should be. The front desk needs major work on customer service and patient services. The doctor is the only thing keeping me here.
MISPLACED BIOPSY I had a biopsy on July 19. They took two samples. I got the results for the first one a couple of days later. My doctor kept calling on the second results. Never got an answer. I called on August 6th. They told me they had the results and were faxing to my doctor. When she didn’t receive them and couldn’t get answers, she called the lab directly. They didn’t send the second sample until August 4th!!!! Now I have to wait until August 19 for my results. I will NEVER have anything done here again.
