Each therapist was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable. They were very confident in their skills, making me feel secure under their care. My injury is significantly improved since my initial evaluation. I am able to walk without pain, and I now have the skills to continue my home exercise program independently. Highly recommend North Bay Outpatient Therapy!

If you want to recover, you will be in great hands here. Caring and very competent nurses, therapists, doctors.

I ended up in this rehab facility after fracturing my hip socket in a car accident back in April 2020. I couldn’t put weight on my right leg for 14-16 weeks. I spent the first 4 weeks of my recovery after emergency surgery at this rehab. It was AMAZING! The staff was so nice and respectful. They had “recreational therapy” once a week I believe it was, where we would play bingo, paint nails, crafts, etc. It helped break up the routine of therapies. Avoid this hospital at all costs. Find a nearby free clinic for better care. They repeatedly sent my uncle home even though he could not walk and had blood in his urine. He was sent home to sit in his own waste and blood. He finally fell the 9th time and was taken back to the same nightmare that is Morton Plant North Bay hospital- and I use the word 'hospital' lightly, It is more like a glorified clinic in a developing country run by quacks and the last 3 percent of a graduating class of med students. Florida.
