I had some tests done at the outpatient surgery center at North Bay. All the people that I came in contact with from Tiffany who brought me from the front desk to where I needed to be, to my nurse Kelly and all those whose names I've forgotten were more than pleasant. They are warm and genuine and made an uncomfortable experience into an enjoyable one.
