I have been a member here for over 20 years on and off. The equipment is always in great shape. They clean it and it just feels good to know that you are using safe and serviced equipment. The variety of classes they offer should fit anybody’s needs. They offer a mini classes here as well as massage therapy and I have taken advantage of. The Wellness Center is an excellent place to work out. I am working out with the staff is very nice and helpful. I’m currently working out with a personal trainer Carol, who knows what she’s doing to help me in my recovery. Thank you, Jim Streitmatter
I've been going to this gym for 26 years. I've been to many other gyms and this one is top tier. It's always very clean with friendly staff and clients. The best thing that happened to this gym is Johnathan, the manager. He always looks out for the members and cares about our safety. Johnathan and all of his staff make me feel like family and it's truly appreciated.
