The (doctor) messed up my exam and the result was a wrong script for the glasses I ordered. They do not give refunds or re-exams although I was offered a re-exam after I posted negative reviews on Facebook and got the BBB involved . After posting to the BBB ,they offered for me to be re-exam but i would not feel comfortable being with re-exam , the BBB closed the case.
