Have left two messages on the machine at Frankfort, KY location over the last month and cannot get anyone to call me back.
Terrible! Nobody would ever get back with a plan. Contacted Frankfort branch multiple times and finally reached out to corporate which said they would reach out. Got a text saying I’d have a plan by the end of week (which is more than a month from original time frame) No communication at all! Will be looking into other options.
