Terrible! Nobody would ever get back with a plan. Contacted Frankfort branch multiple times and finally reached out to corporate which said they would reach out. Got a text saying I’d have a plan by the end of week (which is more than a month from original time frame) No communication at all! Will be looking into other options.
UPDATE: I still stand by my original review. After receiving a response from the "owner" asking me to reach out to them after my original negative review (which I did email them per owners request) I did receive an email from someone in a corporate office saying a sales person would be in touch and that they'd follow up on it to make sure I was contacted. Filled out forms online and also left messages. Received a call from Salesman (Todd Butler) after 3 weeks and gave him the information I had already completed on-line. He said to give him a couple of days and he would get me a quote. Been two weeks and I have not heard back from anyone. Do not waste your time with this company.
