Mallory and her team did an excellent job with handling our VA loan. She kept us well informed on the loan status and timeline. There was a misunderstanding at close of escrow over the amount of money required but it was quickly cleared up.
Back in July I contacted Movement Mortgage about refinancing our home. I filled out everything they sent to me. My credit took a 9 point loss from their checking it, causing my credit rating to drop. I never heard back from them. I called and left messages. I emailed. I texted. Nothing. Definitely would not recommend. I am moving on to a mortgage company that follows through.

This was the worst experience ever with trying to buy a home! Mallory tried to tell a veteran with over 40 years experience with the VA how to get a DD-214. Her snippy demeanor was not only unprofessional, but made me feel as if I was just a “number” to her next paycheck. She cost me a huge amount of money in earnest money and inspection costs.
