Mike was responsible for the financing of our first new home in Perry Hall. While the new lender laws came into effect a couple of days before closing (meaning we were Mortgage 247's first under the new lender laws), Mike hit it out of the park! Buying a house can certainly be stressful but the process went much smoother with Mike's knowledge & experience.
