The lack of communication, the disconnect and the amount of time that it’s taken to give my family a clear closing date is ridiculous! We submitted all required documentation as soon as it was requested- way ahead of time... Employees use their cell phones mostly, never gave me a postal/real location of business. My contract defaulted due to their inability to find a lender and I was approved by a private well known bank, subsequently. When i asked Melisha Gabbidon why she and Sean Brennan are not listed on the corporate site she said it was because they just came on board late October 2016 and this loan was applied for and denied for a property form on 11/11/16 by phone. Terrible service and ethics on his behalf.
