The staff was very friendly and professional and handled my lender being an absolute nightmare so much better than I would have in their position. Also they had jellybeans, and I have a weakness for those.
I had difficulty getting an issue resolved. Several months ago I got a call back but no corrective actions. When I had to call again, I got no calls back. They did finally correct the error, but never notified me.
They are fantastic! Title Alliance goes above and beyond for their clients. Entire staff is very approachable and responsive. Closers are super knowledgeable and explain closing documents in a nice way without overwhelming buyers and sellers. They also make scheduling very accommodating for all parties involved. Best ones in the business!
