Ken started off very excited to help us and was on top of things. A couple of days afterwards we started the process, we requested that the closing date be moved up one month. He said that he would and never did. So the underwriters and those involved took their time finalizing the paperwork which caused a complete headache for us, the seller, and the moving company.
