Contacted Shauna McMurray in January to get information on financing a new home we are building. After running a HARD inquiry on my credit, which is perfect with a very low DTI and putting more than 30% down, she basically ghosted me. After several emails, phone calls and messages, nothing. Everything started out great and then fell apart. They changed my closing date multiple times.. we ended up refinancing 3 weeks later then originally scheduled... It's now 5 weeks after the funding date and they still haven't cut checks to my insurance company or HOA which has resulted in late fees and other issues...
