Be wary of using Mike Corning. We went through an almost three week long pre-approval process with him, he issued an pre-approval letter for the state of Maine to us during this time and went under contract as a result. Fast forward a few days and he calls to tell us AFTER we are already locked into selling our home and buying another that his bank isn't licensed in Maine...his bad.
