Same here I had an emergency my payments never late in 4 yrs told them before hand situation they had me submit an application I did not know it would modify my payments to an increase of $700 and now and interest rate of 7% from 3% and the frustrating part is that I was always in communication with them and even HUd and now I am facing foreclosure again its a fat joke and its a shame yes that we are getting scsm like this and No one seems to ?%$#?$ they are the worst ever company and to top it off when I would call in i cou... read more

This company helped me get my home and truly worked with me to get me exactly where I needed to be. They were always fast, friendly and helpful any time I had any questions. There was a bump or 2 in the road because the man working my loan quit without warning in the middle but they quickly got someone else to finish it. I am so bummed they sold our loan off. Absolute clown show of a company. Call me multiple times telling me I have a new loan provider and you want accept payment, then call me demanding payment that you'll onpy acce0t over the phone.

I have not fallen behind in years with my mortgage until now. My property taxes went from $3,000 to about $7,000 a year. My monthly mortgage went from 1800$ to over $2800 a month. I asked Mortgage Solutions for assistance. They reviewed all the forms I submitted am called me today. The person who spoke to me was arrogant, cutting me off, no sympathy, or kindness whatsoever. Revised: They did get all our issues and payments corrected in a timely manner. Still much room for improvement!!!Original Review Worest company ever! They treat veterans horribly! Husband and I have been with them one year only and they incompetently mismanaged our escrow account when requests were made to correct their mistake we condsended too and they have yet to correct their mistakes even after requesting a supervisor. If your a veteran looking to purchase or refinance your home or property STAY AWAY!!!
