I went through Mortgage One to purchase my first house. I was turned down by multiple other loan companies and credit unions, but these guys never said "No." Broker Carl and relator Brad were absolutly amazing hands down. When I wanted to see a house, I saw it that morning. I know it wasn't easy as I am single, low credit and not much of a down payment, but they made it work. Very happy and would highly recommend them!
