A wonderful experience with Mortgage One, particularly Dylan our mortgage broker. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, always happy to answer any questions and made the whole process as easy as possible.
Dylan from Mortgage One did a fantastic job helping me refinance to a lower interest rate. We initially applied through People First Bank, but their documentation requests became increasingly onerous. They wanted further investment records and tax returns from both me and my parents.
