I wouldn't recommend Jim or his firm as communication was poor. The other firm that advertises in the Register is Ted with Mutual of Omaha. After multiple attempts to contact Jim without any returned calls, we went to Ted with responsive information and success in reaching our goals.
Jim W. Gordon Jr. and his associates are one of the best mortgage consulting team I've ever met. Their experience shows in every aspect of their communication. Having a 10 years experience in banking and insurance services in EU I was still confused about the rules and procedures in US. A 15' talk with Jim was like a fast paced Masters in mortgages.
