If I've learned anything from any 1 star reviews on this page, it is that those people were likely the issue, not Steve. Mortgage brokers do not have their own interests in mind, as they are only paid once the mortgage funds go through. I hope that Steve won't be retired, the next time I am in need of a mortgage. HIghly recommend and will refer to family and friends.
