We have used Michael Harris to handle our mortgage twice now and both times he has been amazing. He knows the mortgage rules better than the banks and when we moved our first mortgage, we called Michael to correct and educate the bank on mortgage rules as they were making several errors and complicated the process. Both times we have used Michael Harris, he has made the process simple and quick, we strongly recommend him.
In my experience with Michael and Sheila, I was never informed or called back to let me know if i qualified once i applied, I emailed twice, I called twice just for basic info on what the timeline would be for an answer .. and if I was not approved, why not in form me on what I would need to do? I wasn't given any options like A or B lenders, nothing... I understand you want to deal with easy Mortgage applications...but not letting your potential client know any info and never calling back after 2 months ! Thank you for lett... read more
