The Mortgage Fee Coach (aka Dan S****) was great to work with and his business model works. I've been in the financial industry for over 20 years and am an actual client whom purchased a new home via the Mortgage Fee Coach in July 2020. Dan's leveraging of multiple lenders to seek out the best program and help deliver the lowest pricing is great for perspective home buyers. I do the same for clients, but on a much smaller scale - Dan's network of bankers is a great asset to shopping buyers.
