I signed up to do my continued education. I imputed my name and my NMLS number. I selected my state and purchased the CE bundle 7 hours national and 1 hour state specific. After completing the 8 hours I could not renew my license as the CE's are not recorded as being completed. Their customer service is someone not in the USA (with an accent that make me think it was in India). They were no help at all. EXTREMELY Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value So far I got like 22 certificates from MEC and they helped me immensely to soon become my companies #1 performer. I originally only bought the 20-HR + 10 HR NV PE course but fell in love with the MEC team. Watching them from sun up until sundown laughing at 2 AM at the way David Luna is able to teach topics of the 'trenches' or mortgage industry if you are part of it you will know what I mean. The 20-hour course was fine. The study materials, especially the exams, were utterly intelligible. The wording of the questions was bizarre, missing critical words and many correct answers were marked wrong. The saddest part is that these questions have apparently been on their system for years and nobody has fixed them. Their materials have apparently not been edited, as a 3rd grader would be able to see them instantly. I would have gone to another provider had I known I would think so lowly of this program
