Great company to work with from start to finish! Ryan Morgan was my broker providing excellent service, competitive rates, and was always back in touch in a timely manner. I purchased a condo in 2014 and they took care of my mortgage. I refinanced 1.5 years later and they took care of that as well. Terrible experience. Was strung along through the process with inaccurate information. After being told we would be all set, and checking in multiple times per week to make sure we had everything in line, we were notified the day before closing what we were told by our loan officer was inaccurate and there was nothing we could do since closing was the following day. Very disappointed in the whole experience and lack of knowledge and communication.
