5 stars don't do justice for Ken. It's very rare to find a mortgage person who would pick up the phone and give you his best advice any day! I have been talking to Ken for more than 10 years. Regardless of whether I was still his client or not, he always gave his best thoughts and advice. It's rare to find someone who would put your interest ahead of his own. Ken reminds me of how genuine people used to be in the old days. 10 Stars.
