Such a disappointing establishment. I applied for a mortgage approval on dec 8th with the hoping of closing a house before the end of year, lucky the offer fell through and we were forced to look into other options. As our second house of choice came up on Jan 10th we still had no pre approval from them. Once we found a house and had a accepted offer we still had nothing on our mortgage.
