Horrible communication between entire team and was unable to close after waiting for 3 months when initially told it would take 6 weeks to close on a DSCR loan.
This company is a complete, incompetent joke. From the loan originator Betty Sanchez to management Nick Hirsche who hides behind emails. STEER CLEAR unless you appreciate having clearly established deadlines ignored, flawed appraisals uncontested, and valuable time wasted waiting 2+ weeks on a simple disclosure. Based on my experience I can only imagine how clueless and incompetent the servicing department is for those who stick around for the 60-90+ days it seems to take them to actually close a loan.
