We went to notarize some documents and it was great experience to visit the branch. Although we booked appointment during lunch time, notary officer helped happily to notarize all documents without any issues.
My concern was handled by Sally Allataifei -Relationship Manager & Lending Specialist at BoA. My appointment was on time and service provided was above expectations. Sally was helpful and knowledgeable about different bank services. Overall, I am very satisfied with how my concern was handled. In addition, the BoA Southern Walk Plaza Branch is super clean and organized.
