My wife and I have banked at Bank of America, Arvest and ONB for years now. I went into this branch to secure a loan to refinance our home, I had drank several cups of coffee through the morning and ask where the rest room was before I sat down with them. They informed me that they did not have a public restroom. The loan officers tone was one that made it clear, she was irrated that I ask that question. I abruptly turned and left. They lost. Customer service? I think not.
