I just had the best customer service at this branch. Patricia and Jordan went above and beyond to help me ! I am very grateful for their kindness and professionalism and service.👍🌼
Today I went to the Robertson branch of the bank on Wilshire Boulevard. I was very upset and angry because a homeless person was sleeping in the ATM, and a few days earlier, someone did poop in the corner of the ATM. If there were an option for a below-zero star rating, I would absolutely give it to this branch. Why is there no attention or care given? It feels like we're living in downtown, not Beverly Hills.
Came to the branch to close my safe deposit box since ‘this branch is closing. Initially they having trouble with the internet but Lupe was very helpful and we got the items needed out of the safe deposit box and she was able to complete the paperwork to close the box and now i open another box and receive a small complimentary box
I'm so incredibly let down by this Bank of America branch, how can you run a branch without tellers to conduct business transactions? There are no updates to hours or services available on website... the management is responsible yet fail to provide customer service. The staff is friendly and as accommodating but its unfortunate you can't rely on this branch to support in person transactions on any given day.
I need to go in here today to open an account. After reading the reviews I’m not sure I want to. I tried calling earlier to set up an appointment but the answering service just hung up on me and said everyone is busy - but then just hung up on me 🤷🏽. Not getting a good vibe guys
