Worst Bank Ever. We run our business with this branch of Bank of America and hate every moment of it. They made us wait 1 hour for an appointment they made with us to earn more business with us. Time is money, yet they only care about their time and money. They call often unsolicited with different offers we don’t want. Consider choosing a different bank to work with before it’s too much of a pain to change banks. Uggggg they suck. By far the worst. Can't wait to close my account. If bank of americas plan was to force people to the internet it isn't working. Bank of america has it set up so a 40 minute wait is normal to cash a check. 2 tellers on fridays. A bunch of bozos that dont seem to be doing anything except asking if they can help. Help meaning trying to force you to use their app. Not one of the bozos will open another teller station even when the line is 22 deep. Third world banking at its best.
