This company has taken a nose dive. Three years ago, great service; this year gross incompetence. It was massive mistake after massive mistake. From the onset to file completion our financial commitment when up by almost 80k in a sequence of 4 seperate occassions. The first three were a huge surprise but ultimately manageable in the long run. The last mishap was a negligent mistake of 8k because they failed to read the sellers and lenders contracts.
