Adam Tolley of Mortgage 1 was great to work with! He offered us a personalized experience, unlike the large lenders and their "loan officers" in call centers. He was efficient, responsive, professional, and worked hard to get us to closing on time, even though we switched to Mortgage 1 a couple of weeks into the process with a different lender. I highly recommend Adam and Mortgage 1. They beat the competition in terms of interest rate and had significantly lower closing costs! We were very happy with Mortgage 1 and Adam.
