My mortgage was transferred to Dovenmuehle Bank in Lake Zurich Illinois. I’m sure Mortgage One knew of their 344 complaints and that the bank cannot no be reached at that phone number due to their robo system. Be careful with mortgage one as they may transfer your loan to a bank you cannot reach, does not provide statements and consistently tells you that your online account is locked.
