Pésimo servicio y diagnósticos inflados. Quería empezar a atenderme aquí con mis hijas, pero solo perdí dinero. I’m terrified to go to the dentist. Christy and Dr. Owens did a FANTASTIC job of making me feel at ease. I only wish I had gone sooner! I’m so happy that I chose to go to their office for my dental care.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at Mortenson Family Dental. The receptionists who answer the phone provide absolutely terrible customer service; they are incredibly rude and lack basic manners. They don't even let you finish speaking before they abruptly hang up the phone on you. It is impossible to get proper assistance when the staff treats patients with such disrespect. Terrible experience. Beware of false diagnoses and unnecessary treatments. I went to this clinic on May 20th. After taking full-mouth scans, one of the doctors examined me and claimed that I had "severe gum problems," extremely hard tartar, and 3 cavities, insisting that I absolutely needed an expensive deep cleaning. Since I had a regular cleaning just a year ago and knew my mouth was healthy, I told her I disagreed and only wanted to get my fillings done.
