As always my experience was a 10+. I was called in at my appointment time, everyone was extremely pleasant, Melissa did a wonderful, thorough job of cleaning my teeth and Dr. Fox’s exam was comprehensive. I LOVE THIS OFFICE and would recommend to anyone looking for the best dentist and team in town!!!

Horrible communication. I’ve reached out about 4 times now to try to have them call my insurance because they wouldn’t when I had my regular cleaning scheduled. I get 3 cleanings a year because that’s what my insurance allows but they turned me away rather than calling my insurance to verify. I had a choice to leave or pay $53 for a cleaning that would’ve been covered under my insurance had they practiced good customer service and called anthem to verify.
