Will never use this dentist again. They sent our account to collections, despite being paid by insurance. They also improperly filed claims multiple times for the same services, and were unable to file the claims properly because they refused to file under the female insured carrier, and kept filing under the male spouses name, despite being told MULTIPLE TIMES not to do that and being provided current complete insurance cards with the proper billing and insured information.
