Dr Justin Wise of Mortensen Dental did it again. He filled my tooth with no pain whatsoever. This completes my dental work for a while. Dr Wise is very personable and explains everything as he performs the procedure. A big thank you to his assistant, Katherine Hager who worked along side of him. I am so pleased with Mortenson Dental in Florence Kentucky. Dr Justin Wise is the dentist. He is always so personable and such a talented dentist. He explains everything about his procedures. I always feel at ease while he is attending me. Today I had the pleasure of having as a hygenist, Kathryn Heger. She is terrific. She also explains everything in the procedure. My hygienist Amy is the best! She is gentle,kind,caring and very honest! She truly cares about the welfare of her patients and she wants what is best for you! I would want no one else caring for me. She goes the extra mile to do right by her patient! Thank you Amy for everything!!! 5 stars
Will never use this dentist again. They sent our account to collections, despite being paid by insurance. They also improperly filed claims multiple times for the same services, and were unable to file the claims properly because they refused to file under the female insured carrier, and kept filing under the male spouses name, despite being told MULTIPLE TIMES not to do that and being provided current complete insurance cards with the proper billing and insured information.
