Very bad service. I showed up to my appointment on time only for them to say we cancelled your appointment due to not confirming appointment and have filled your spot. This is new and in the past never had to confirm appointment.New covid rules should be expressed CLEARLY TO THE PATIENT. VERY RUDE.
