My wife attempted to make an appointment this morning with a referral from her dentist. Whoever answered the phone was rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. No interest whatsoever in trying to help, and acted like she was highly inconvenienced. Maybe some training in customer service is in order. I wish we had an opportunity to rate the actual dentist, the review may have been a lot different. Thanks for nothing.
I’ve had a lot of dental issues over the past 20 years & always choose Dr Brent to provide me with long term solutions for all my bigger issues. I’ve never had a problem after any treatment; I’ve had to have 6 tooth implants and currently some bone grafting. I’ve undergone general anesthesia each time. Dr. Brent & his staff are wonderful! I’ve been very well taken care of and highly recommend this practice.
I've been to a number of dentists in the Louisville area to diagnose the issue I was having. All were unfruitful with huge expenses until Dr. Mortenson, he has been a saving grace. I wish all doctors had as much passion about their profession as Dr. Brent Mortenson does. He's like Vanilla Ice, just give him a problem and yo he'll solve it. Check out his books while his receptionist revolves it.
