I've had the experience of having Mortensen & Son out to my moms home. Her carpet were in bad shape and I wanted to have them cleaned so we could haul them away, but after the cleaning we were all shocked they look significantly better so mom was happy to keep them. I also have used them and referred them to many of my clients, I have access to many carpet cleaners but I truly believe these guys are the best!
We have had Mortensen clean our carpets and area rugs a number of times in the past 4 years. Every time they have been on time and did a superb job. Their guys are very careful around our furniture and walls, never leaving scratches or marks. They also make sure that they get all stains out before leaving. I highly recommend them.
