Very unfortunate to book appointment to then turn up and be told they are running 1 hour behind. Seems like a nice enough chap but totally unorganised and disinterested at the inconvenience caused. Will try elsewhere…..
So. After waiting months for orthotics for my disabled Son... calling Malcolm to ask what was going on. He proceeded to tell me that they had been sent to another clinic (lies)... now I can appreciate someone having a lapse in memory for orders and clients and coming up with a white lie for extra time, so I let it slide with the assumption and reassurance I would be contacted within a few days with some information.
